Group Classes Having Fun With Others

What to expect

Our instructors will lead you through a workout with some fitness drills, each group class is unique and offers a variation between cardio, weights, core stability, kettlebells and boxing – both on the bag and pad sessions with the trainer(s).


Our group boxing classes are aimed at people who want to pushed by our trainer to improve your fitness levels like never before and it’s also a great way to get out some aggression.  We have more stress in our lives now than ever before. Use the group boxing class to help you manage your stress and get those endorphins pumping. 

A typical boxing class consists of floor work with drills like jumping jacks, sit-ups, bag and partner work and a mix of functional training.   If you’re looking to lose weight, group class is what you’d enjoy best.
